Vission

The vision of the Undergraduate Program in English Literature, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Diponegoro, is to become an excellent and globally competitive study program in the fields of language, literature, and the culture of English-speaking communities by 2025.

Mission

The mission of the Undergraduate Program in English Literature is to:

  1. Provide excellent and competitive education in the fields of language, literature, and the culture of English-speaking communities.

  2. Conduct research and produce scholarly publications in the fields of language, literature, and the culture of English-speaking communities.

  3. Carry out community service activities in the fields of language, literature, culture, and English language skills.

  4. Establish cooperation and partnerships in the fields of language, literature, and culture to support the development of the study program.

  5. Enhance professionalism, capability, and accountability in governance, as well as institutional autonomy in the management of the study program.

OBJECTIVES

The educational objectives of the Undergraduate Program in English Literature are to:

  1. Produce graduates in the fields of English language, literature, and culture who possess strong academic competence, moral integrity, a scientific and critical mindset, professionalism, and high competitiveness at both national and international levels.

  2. Produce high-quality scholarly publications in the fields of English language, literature, and culture.

  3. Produce high-quality community service outputs in the fields of English language, literature, and culture.

  4. Establish collaborative partnerships in the fields of language, literature, and culture to support the development of the study program.

  5. Achieve efficient, accountable, transparent, equitable, and integrated governance in the implementation of the study program.
